Can I claim for PowerPlugs such as Cardio Adaptability?
Yes — Cardio Adaptability will be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
Do I need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)?
No, Ultrahuman Ring AIR, Cardio Adaptability PowerPlugs, and the Voyager Ring Charger are “always eligible” products – and don’t require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). Simply pay via Flex and you will receive an itemized receipt from Flex that will be enough for your FSA/HSA administrator.
Can I purchase other Ultrahuman products with HSA/FSA?
You can purchase the Voyager Ring Charger and Cardio Adaptability PowerPlug as part of your FSA/HSA funds.
Can I make a non-Flex payment and still claim HSA benefits?
If you’ve already made a purchase via a payment method that is not “Flex” then you can still use your funds but you will need an itemized receipt for reimbursement. Our support team will be happy to help you, just email us at support@ultrahuman.com.
I keep being pushed to Shop Pay and can’t see Flex as a payment option
On the Checkout page, choose ‘Checkout as Guest’ option and you should see a full suite of payment options, including Flex. Or try the process in an incognito browser window.
Why was my FSA/HSA card rejected?
Check that there are sufficient funds in the account to complete the purchase – this is the most common issue. Also, ensure that all card details are correct and up to date.
I have FSA/HSA but don’t have a card, can I still pay?
Yes, you can buy your Ultrahuman Ring AIR and get a reimbursement. Pay using your card and then contact support@ultrahuman.com to get your itemized receipt.
What is Flex and what is the association with UIltrahuman?
Flex has partnered with Ultrahuman as an alternative payment method for FSA/HSA card purchases, similar to Affirm, Klarna etc.
