Day 4
We're at day 4 of the program, this workout session will focus on your complete body and powering your shoulders, back, abs, core, glutes, and legs, with cardio to help burn fat. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 5
As part of our HIIT-Pilates sequence, we're testing our strengths on day 5 and complete the session with some balancing exercises that work on our full body. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 6
It's time to get grounded with exercises to work on our hips, abs, legs and build our foundation on day 6. We add cardio for that fat burn! Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 7
We are seven days in and your body should be getting the hang of this drill. We're getting busy with full-body cardio and core strengthening exercises. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 8
Today we're working on our glutes, abs, hands, and legs with bridges, raises, planks, hip dips, and more exercises. Let's get started! Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 9
We're sweating it out to high-intensity cardio, and exercises to segment and target our arms, glutes, abs, back, and legs. We'll be testing our strength and pushing even further. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 10
In today's workout session, we begin with our program goal to sculpt our muscles. We'll be focusing on our abs, back muscles, legs, arms and wrap up with a cardio session.
Day 11
In today's workout, we'll be doing a variation of bridges, planks, prone, squats, clam shells and wrapping it with some cardio. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 12
Let's challenge ourselves a little more with this full-body workout session. We'll start off with strengthening our abs, arms, legs, back, glutes, and most importantly workup our endurance with a cardio session. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 13
In today's high-intensity pilates session, we're working on our core strength and building our stamina with exercises focusing on abs, legs, hips, and more. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 14
Today we begin finding our center and get into our workout session to target our arm, abs, and leg workouts in a full-body workout session. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 15
We are 15 days into this challenge and there's no looking back. In our session today we jump into a full-blown physical and mental workout keeping our legs and abs active while burning those calories with cardio sequences. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 16
In our workout today we'll be focusing on our glutes, core, arms, legs, finishing off with some serious cardio and active recovery. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 17
In today's workout, we're getting to every muscle that makes us physically stronger, working on toning our body, and accepting challenges with arms wide open! Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 18
We're closing in, just a couple more days to go. It's time to give it your all, let's get started with the focus on our shoulders, abs, glutes, arms, and legs. We're also pumping our heart rate, finishing off with cardio! Equipment Required: Yoga Mat

Today, we're getting the sweat on and burning calories in our HIIT Pilates workout with exercises for our glutes, abs, arms, legs, ending with cardio. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 20
2 more days and you complete your challenge. In today's workout, we begin with some breathing exercises, followed by workouts for our shoulders, arms, glutes, core and thighs. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
Day 21
You've reached the finish line, this is your last workout for the challenge! Let's put everything we've got into this, we're working every muscle group with the focus on our core, glutes, arms, shoulders and legs, ending with some intense cardio. Equipment Required: Yoga Mat
