Pilates targets your musculoskeletal strength, helping you develop muscles in a balanced way, and when we mix this up with HIIT workout principles, it fires up your body to move more - sweat more and perform better.
During this month-long workout series, we will dive into the basics of HIIT-Pilates exercises and its variation. In each class, you will train your whole body with a mix of mat and standing exercises. The goal of these workouts is to help you achieve flexibility, better posture, improve gait, mobility, and lose weight.
